Return Policy
Hilton Head Pant Co. welcomes all returns
for refund or exchange. We only require that the merchandise is in the
original condition that it was shipped, and is returned within 30 Days
of original shipping date, and has not been altered. If you have any
doubt you can contact customer service at service@sansabeltslacks.com.

time.
We accept returns on all products and issue refunds after
merchandise has been examined. Once the merchandise is approved for
refund or exchange, the refund will be made the next business day.
Merchandise that is to be exchanged will be shipped the next business
day. Hilton Head Pant Co. will not accept merchandise for exchange or
refund that has been damaged or has had the tags removed. Altered
merchandise, including merchandise altered by Hilton Head Pant Co. is
not accepted for refund or exchange. Merchandise that has a cigarette
smoke odor will not be accepted for exchange or refund. Soiled
merchandise will not be accepted for exchange or refund If we must
return merchandise to you that is refused by Hilton Head Pant Co., you
the buyer must pay any and all shipping charges. Merchandise must have
a return authorization from Hilton Head Pant Co. Simply email us at sansabeltslacks@hargray.com and we will send you your authorization by
email. Be sure the Authorization number is marked on the outside of the
container. Merchandise without an authorization number will not be
accepted for exchange or refund.
Important information about returns
Do not attempt to return merchandise to the shipping label address. This location is not set up to accept returns. It is a distribution address only!
All merchandise to be returned must have a return authorization number from Hilton Head Pant Co.
Authorization numbers are generated promptly after receiving your request for return.
Packages shipped without authorization numbers will be refused.
Free Shipping
Free shipping applies to orders of $80 or more. Any purchase of closeout merchandise does not qualify for free shipping. All items that are eligible for free shipping will have a green Eligible for Free shipping logo next to it. Free shipping does not apply to orders outside the continental United states. Orders outside the continental United States are not eligible for FREE shipping. FREE shipping does not apply to orders where merchandise has been returned. Shipping charges will be subtracted from the refund.
Returns that drop the order below those minimums will incur a shipping
charge. The charge will be whatever the UPS charges would have been for the weight and the method chosen by the client to ship the original order. That charge will be substracted from the refund on that
order. We cannot absorb shipping on single orders or orders under our
$80 minimum. There may also be a re-stocking fee of 10% or $10.00 which ever is more when the entire order is returned, or we must process multiple returns from different manufacturers.
Shipping charges for merchandise sent
back to Hilton Head Pant Co. will be the responsibility of the sender.
Be sure to insure your package for the amount you paid for the merchandise.
Hilton Head Pant Co. will not accept packages with cod charges.
